Apparently, I ruffled some feathers. Providing insight into listings requires disclosure of confidential information.
So, I won't be able to provide you guys with extremely specific numbers anymore.
However, I am going to start looking at listings from the brokers and ranking them. (Fully based on public info.)
One star = RUN
Five stars = BUY IT OR I WILL
I might even start attaching my rankings to each broker, allowing us to see the quality of listings that a particular broker produces. (Respond back if you think this will be useful. It's a lot of work, but if you think it's valuable I will do it.)
It's time that these brokers be held accountable for garbage listings. No more junk.
